Constructed of silvered and bronzed zink, the obverse consisting of a round laurel wreath joined together at the bottom by a swastika, with a central leftward facing eagle head with detailed feathering, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, with a single visible rivet holding the obverse eagles head in place, maker marked with
