The White Stag Tattoo with Celtic Design irish wolfhound each with another heart insideSymbol of purity, the White Stag appears in the myths and legends of many cultures. In Celtic sagas it indicates that the Otherworld is near. It often appears as an impetus to quest, inspiring knights to rise up and go forth to battle evil and injustice. Here it is surrounded by a bramble thicket of Celtic knotwork, which serves to accentuate its simplicity.
